The platoon of Chandigarh is eyeing a kabaddi gold in the 36th National Games because five players from the Chandigarh platoon will take part in the forthcoming Pro Kabaddi League( PKL). Although the National Games are listed to begin on 29 September, the kabaddi events will take place three days prior so that players can take part in the PKL listed to commence on 7 October.

The 36th edition of the National Games will be held in Gujarat’s six metropolises — Ahmadabad, Gandhinagar, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot and Bhavnagar from 27 September to 10 October. Over 700 athletes are anticipated to take part in the event that comprises over 36 events.
