Chandigarh’s five players will be share in the forthcoming PKL and thus, the platoon hopes to win a kabaddi gold in the 36th National Games. 

 The platoon of Chandigarh is eyeing a kabaddi gold in the 36th National Games because five players from the Chandigarh platoon will take part in the forthcoming Pro Kabaddi League( PKL). Although the National Games are listed to begin on 29 September, the kabaddi events will take place three days prior so that players can take part in the PKL listed to commence on 7 October.

 Lakhwinder Singh, a former U Mumba and Gujarat titans player, said that his team covers all bases. “ I suppose we should win the gold order at the National Games. Kabaddi has taken great strides after the launch of the PKL. ” 

 The Chandigarh player added that PKL has inspired millions of youths to pursue kabaddi professionally. piecemeal from Singh, the redoubtable side of Chandigarh comprises PKL icons Rinku Hari Charan, Rakesh Kumar, Rohit, and Vicky Atar Singh.

In the men’s event, brigades from Maharashtra, Goa, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, Services and Gujarat will take part in the competition whereas Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Punjab and Gujarat will shoot their women outfits.

 The 36th edition of the National Games will be held in Gujarat’s six metropolises — Ahmadabad, Gandhinagar, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot and Bhavnagar from 27 September to 10 October. Over 700 athletes are anticipated to take part in the event that comprises over 36 events.
