Required Documents for Mahila Samman Savings Letter
Mahila Samman Savings Patra can be availed only by women. For this go to India Post Payment Bank and submit the required documents there. People can also apply online. Aadhaar card, PAN card in the name of the woman will be required to get Mahila Samman Savings Letter. PAN card should be linked with Aadhaar card. Make sure to match the name on Aadhaar card and PAN card, apart from this the woman may need mobile number and email id to provide OTP while filling the form.
Mahila Samman Savings Patra will get relief from tax
Deposit Rs 2 lakh in Mahila Samman Savings Patra for 2 years and then you can withdraw as needed. In which you will not have to pay any tax.

આ યોજનાનો મુખ્ય હેતુ મહિલાઓને આર્થિક રીતે સ્વતંત્ર બનાવવાનો છે. એટલા માટે સરકાર દ્વારા પહેલેથી જ ઘણી યોજનાઓ ચલાવવામાં આવી રહી છે, આ સિવાય મહિલાઓ માટે સમયાંતરે બીજી ઘણી યોજનાઓ પણ શરૂ કરવામાં આવી રહી છે. મહિલા સન્માન બચત યોજના એ મુખ્યત્વે બચત યોજનાનો એક પ્રકાર છે. આમાં મહિલાઓ પોતાના પૈસાનું રોકાણ કરી શકે છે અને તેના પર વ્યાજ પણ મેળવી શકે છે. જેની વિશેષતાઓ નીચે મુજબ છે :-
આ યોજના માત્ર મહિલાઓ માટે જ ઉપલબ્ધ છે.
મહિલાઓ 2 વર્ષ માટે 2 લાખ રૂપિયા સુધીનું રોકાણ કરી શકે છે.
સરકાર રોકાણ પર વાર્ષિક 7.5% ના સ્પર્ધાત્મક વ્યાજ દર ઓફર કરે છે.
મહિલાઓને યોજનામાં જમા કરાયેલા નાણાં પર કરમાંથી મુક્તિ મળશે.
આ યોજનાનો હેતુ મહિલાઓને સશક્ત બનાવવા અને તેમને આર્થિક રીતે સ્વતંત્ર બનાવવાનો છે.
સરકારના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર, જે પણ મહિલા આ સ્કીમમાં રોકાણ કરશે તે ટેક્સ બેનિફિટ્સ માટે પાત્ર બનશે.
આ યોજનામાં રોકાણ કરીને, મહિલાઓ અન્ય પર આધાર રાખ્યા વિના નાણાકીય સ્થિરતા અને સુરક્ષા પ્રાપ્ત કરી શકે છે.
