‘Requested Babar Nicely to Bat at No.3 but He Said No’: Wasim, Waqar Criticise Pakistan Captain After WC Loss to Zimbabwe

Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis, two of Pakistan’s topmost fast bowlers, have criticized Babar Azam in the wake of the Green Army’s alternate successive loss in the ICC World T20 2022 event.
Babar- led Pakistan were shocked by killers Zimbabwe in their alternate game of the Super 12 stage on Thursday, following a painful loss to arch rivals India.
After Zimbabwe’s stunning 1- run palm against the former world titleholders at Perth Stadium, two of Pakistan’s stylish bowlers, Wasim and Waqar, launched a vicious attack on Pakistan captain Babar.
The once Pakistani captains incontinently questioned Babar’s felicity for captaincy given his poor performance during the T20 World Cup in Australia.
Waqar Younis’s Statement
“ The easiest place to club in T20s is opening. You haven't let anyone differently open in the last two times. I've bandied this with Misbah before, that why do n’t you try commodity new? You have tried it out with bowling, but with fur, we've tried all the trials with the middle order. But the openers have remained the same and they've maundered 14- 15 overs together, ” Younis participated his views on the Pakistani sports show – The Pavillion.
Wasim Akram’s Statement
The same studies were expressed by Younis ’ former teammate Akram, and the former Pakistani leader indeed criticised Babar for not making offerings for his group. “ All of these effects begin at the top. Akram Discloses the discussion with the Captain
Akram, a crucial member of Pakistan’s 1992 World Cup- winning platoon, remembers working with Babar while he was the head trainer of Karachi lords in the Pakistan Super League( PSL). Akram bared that he suggested Babar club atNo. 3 but that the Pakistani public platoon’s all- format commander eventually rejected his suggestion.
“ I've been through this by the way with Babar, at Karachi lords, yes. In the platoon we had a couple of bad phases and I requested him formerly or doubly nicely, that please come down at number 3, we ’ll try commodity different. Let( Martin) Guptill club at the top, seeing he's an nature. And he( Babar) said I would not go down, you ask Sharjeel to club at 3, and he( Sharjeel) is a natural nature too.
