બાઇક-કાર કે અન્ય વાહનો ઉપર તિરંગો લગાવતા પહેલા જાણી લો નિયમ

શું છે નિયમો ?
ભારતીય ધ્વજ સંહિતા અનુસાર, ભારતીય રાષ્ટ્રધ્વજને ટ્રેન, બોટ કે એરક્રાફ્ટ અથવા અન્ય સમાન વસ્તુના હૂડ, ઉપર અને બાજુઓ અથવા પાછળના ભાગમાં લપેટીને ભારતીય રાષ્ટ્રધ્વજનું અપમાન માનવામાં આવે છે. ભારતીય ધ્વજ સંહિતા અનુસાર જે કોઈ આ કાયદાનું પાલન ન કરે તેને ત્રણ વર્ષ સુધીની જેલની સજા અથવા દંડ અથવા બંને સાથે સજા થઈ શકે છે. આ ઉપરાંત, અધિનિયમ એ પણ જોગવાઈ કરે છે કે, રાષ્ટ્રધ્વજ ત્રણ લંબચોરસ પેનલ અથવા સમાન પહોળાઈની પેટા-પેનલની બનેલી ત્રિરંગા પેનલ હશે. ટોચની પેનલનો રંગ કેસરી અને નીચેની પેનલનો રંગ લીલો હશે. વચ્ચેની પેનલ સફેદ રંગની હશે, જેમાં મધ્યમાં 24 સમાન અંતરવાળી મેચસ્ટિક્સ સાથે ઘેરા વાદળી રંગમાં અશોક ચક્રની ડિઝાઇન હશે. અશોક ચક્ર પ્રાધાન્યરૂપે સ્ક્રીન પ્રિન્ટેડ અથવા અન્યથા પ્રિન્ટેડ અથવા સ્ટેન્સિલ અથવા યોગ્ય રીતે ભરતકામ કરેલું હોવું જોઈએ અને સફેદ પેનલની મધ્યમાં ધ્વજની બંને બાજુઓ પર સંપૂર્ણપણે દૃશ્યમાન હશે. ભારતીય ધ્વજ સંહિતા પણ સૂચવે છે કે, પ્રદર્શન માટે યોગ્ય કદ પસંદ કરવું જોઈએ. 450 x 300 mm કદના ધ્વજ VVIP ફ્લાઇટ્સ પરના એરોપ્લેન માટે, મોટર કાર માટે 225 x 150 mm કદના અને ટેબલ ફ્લેગ્સ માટે 150 x 100 mm કદના ધ્વજ છે.

What are the rules?
According to the Indian Flag Code, it is considered an insult to the Indian national flag to be draped over the hood, top and sides or back of a train, boat or aircraft or other similar object. According to the Indian Flag Code, anyone who violates this law can be punished with imprisonment of up to three years or with fine or with both. In addition, the Act also provides that the national flag shall be a tricolor panel consisting of three rectangular panels or sub-panels of equal width. The color of the top panel will be saffron and the color of the bottom panel will be green. The middle panel will be white, with the Ashoka Chakra design in dark blue with 24 equally spaced matchsticks in the middle. Ashoka Chakra shall preferably be screen printed or otherwise printed or stenciled or suitably embroidered and shall be fully visible on both sides of the flag in the center of the white panel. The Indian Flag Code also suggests that appropriate size should be chosen for display. 450 x 300 mm size flags for airplanes on VVIP flights, 225 x 150 mm size flags for motor cars and 150 x 100 mm size flags for table flags.
