How to avoid the heat of summer


Drink plenty of water

Wear loose-fitting white or light-colored cotton clothing to keep out the heat of summer. The stomach should be filled with water after eating a little something before leaving the house. 7-Lemon Syrup

Remedies for Sunstroke
