Depending on the duties of the place and the experience of the person, the age limit can be relaxed.
Proficiency in both Gujarati and English is required. Enrollment in Bar Council of Gujarat is mandatory.

Registering from a permanent address and showing the mobile number of the candidate and a mobile number of the family member will not be accepted in person, applications outside the stipulated time will not be considered.
In terms of vacancies and for the sake of administrative convenience which district city local candidates will be given more preference.
