GSEB 12th Exam Postponed @gsebeservice.com

The Gujarat Education Department and the Board of Education have been working since last night after Prime Minister Narendra Modi decided to cancel the CBSC exams in the interest of children. This is because after the Gujarat Board announced the dates and schedule of the examination, the decision taken by the PMA has put the Gujarat government in a precarious position. Following the decision on the CBSE examination, a series of meetings were held between the Chief Minister, Education Minister and Education Department officials till late last night. And after the cancellation of the CBSE examination, the matter of reconsideration of the Gujarat Secondary Education Board’s Std. 12 examination was constantly pondered. Then in today’s meeting of the Council of Ministers, a definite decision can be taken regarding the reconsideration of the board’s examination.


Today the future of 6.92 lakh students will be decided.
1.40 lakh students of Std. 12 Science and 5.52 lakh students of general stream together 6.92 lakh students are studying in the schools of Gujarat Secondary-Higher Secondary Education Board. The examination program of these students was also announced on Tuesday after deciding to take the examination from July 1. There are examination centers in every district of the state. Preparations for the examination were carried out and examination centers were also decided. 


Credible sources say that even the state government will not conduct Std. 12 examination in Gujarat as the central government has decided not to conduct Std. 12 examination of CBSE in such circumstances.



What will happen to Gujarat Board exam?
Yesterday (Tuesday) at 5 o’clock, the Gujarat Board has hastily announced the timetable of the standard 12 science and general stream examinations without waiting for the decision of the CBSE examination. Two hours after the announcement of this timetable, the Central Government canceled the CBSE exam. The only question on everyone’s mind is what will happen to the Gujarat Board exam now?
