Age : 45 years for Open Category and 50 years for reserve category. (No age limit for MMRDA employees)
Qualifications : 1) Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Planning from recognized university or its equivalent
degree. And 2) Post Graduate Degree in Urban Planning recognized by All India Council for Technical Education.
3) Town Planning or equivalent to the professionally relevant recognized Institute.
